What should I do if I was running into an issue during the payment when using China Payments?

If you run into the following issues:

• When you input the company code and reference number, and you can't pay as normal. Please check again to see if there is any input errors.
• If the same bill is paid twice by mistake, please contact your biller directly and the refund will be settled by them.
• If the amount actually paid is less than the amount due, you only need to make another payment to make up the difference.
