Does BPAY arrive immediately, and how long does it take for the recipient to receive the payment?

In most cases, it takes 2-3 working days, so please allow time for payment within the bill payment deadline. BPAY is a jointly developed electronic payment method. BPAY will clear the bill to the corresponding collection agency after receiving the bill.
