1. Open up the Lifepay App
2. click on "reset PIN"
3. If the card is blocked, the process will stop and show "Your card is temporarily blocked due to an issue with your account. Please unblock the card and retry or contact Customer Support for assistance."
4. Pass payment password checks & identification verification.
5. The Lifepay app will inform you if the operation is successful.
6. If a user is facing difficulties, the Lifepay app will tell them that they can find the contacts of customer service by phone/e-mail at Lifepay app/website.
